Nobody knows the feelings of your heart better than yourself. The second person will see feelings from his perspective, but you will see yourself from your perspective. So learn to express your feelings to yourself. If there is a big decision to make, today you must be confident enough to speak your mind.

4- Tell others they care about you
 Courage is like a muscle, which is strengthened only by using it. We protect ourselves by creating boundaries around us so that no one gets to know about our feelings, and we do not have to suffer tomorrow.  Don't have to face it.
