Pain
What
is pain? Pain is like a fire alarm, which indicates an injury or damage to our body.
Pain acts as a protective alarm for our body, which indicates that there is
damage to our health and body. Which we need to diagnose immediately. Which
act as a protective alarm in our body, are called nociceptors.
Nociceptors are a type of specialized, sensitized
neuron. They make us feel pain when an injury crosses the pain threshold. For
example, touching a needle lightly does not cause pain. But when the needle is
pierced, the pain starts. Because nociceptors get excited when the needle
crosses the pain threshold.
Pain occurs only when something stimulates nociceptors
and crosses the pain threshold. If they become sick or get injured when they
become sick, then they start making uric chemicals. Due to which we feel pain
in case of a minor illness or injury.
This makes it clear that pain is the protective alarm of our
body, which signals us to live safely.
Sarah Annie Shokan says, Living with any physical pain is a challenge. I totally understand it. I was struck by a thoracic outlet syndrome. It was a very painful situation. In this, collar bones and intercostal muscles, veins and arteries begin to narrow.
Yet as we all do. I was confident that my condition would soon recover. The
pain will go away. It usually occurs in diseases. The first pain starts and
resolves in a few days or weeks. In the meantime, we can eat some medicines,
some remedies to reduce pain or discomfort.

If pain takes root and is not cured by anything, should we use pain management?
Try to smile
The natural answer would be to find ways to deal with it. Struggle every day to seek precision medicine and effective treatment. After trying the other
medicine. If nothing works, after waking up one morning, we find that we have no
weapon to fight the pain. In this way, we reach the other end. If we decide
that pain should be ignored, then we should find additional solutions, and then we
should try to smile. Ignore the pain, and stop blaming the body. If you do so,
you will feel relief from pain.
Change your perception of pain
If the battle of pain is not over, it creates tension, which does not
hinder the way pain is cured. Prolonged pain can lead to helplessness and
frustration over time. If the pain does not improve, the person finds himself
in a dark well.
In such a situation, is there no middle way, which is less tiring and less frustrating than constant fighting with pain? Sarah Annie Shokan says I spent years between the two situations. Then, I chose the path where I could live with more ease and grace even in the midst of pain.
So I tried to change my perception of pain. I was in pain, I changed
my way of doing it, and reacted to it. It gave me ways to make my relationship
with pain more positive, constructive. Eventually, I got enough relief. I
experienced many changes in my relationship.
Friendship with pain
It helped me a lot to understand that pain is not the enemy. It is a sign
and message that tells us that the body is trying to heal itself. The pain is
the voice inside, which indicates that there is something that has disturbed
coordination, which is trying to keep it alright. Instead of treating pain as
torture, it should begin to be understood as a natural communication of your
body. Ask yourself
If it happened for a positive purpose instead of vice versa?
If it happened to pay attention to any part of the body? then,
We should start by asking painfully what she wants. What can I give and do
to help my body? I understand that he is asking me to slow down a bit, both
inside and out.
As Sarah Annie Shokan says, I learned that
pain needs to be addressed in a different way,
rather than anger or
hatred. When I tried to listen to him and respect him and pity him, my stress
and the pain lessened with surprise.
So listen, understand, and respect the message of pain. The pain will be
relieved.
Find the right methods of pain
Sarah Annie Shokan says
I started writing about living with pain. Which helped me to see it
differently. I wrote about my emotional reactions to living with pain. I wrote
about loss and loneliness, shame, and despair. Then I read my writing about
pain and about myself. This started listening to both of us, and both of us were
relieved. Start writing and reading your pain, and relief will begin.
Change the emotional attitude
towards pain
We get angry when one does not change themselves despite a million attempts.
Then, as much as the front flies, we also start flying. The brain says that if
things are not changing, then we should change ourselves or our ways. But we do
not.
Einstein even goes on to say, "This world is made up of our thinking. It has to change, then change our thinking."
We keep looking for love and happiness all the time. We want someone to love us unconditionally. We keep trying like this.
Motivational speaker Lori Daphne says, "The problem is that we have many loved ones, who love unconditionally, bind hopes, and desires.”
Feelings and experiences are our own, but there is a distance between them.
We are not fully aware of what we live or suffer from? The sun burns for a
while, soaking up the rainwater. Then, after some time, the wind blows him.
Nothing stops for a long time. Then why tie knots of pain, anger, humiliation,
and deception? We are enough to fight from pain.
Tell your pain with an open heart,
who only wants to listen
Sarah Annie Shokan says I went one step
further. I conveyed my pain to a person who could trust me. I told him not to
give any advice. Just listen to me with an open heart. I told him about my
grief and fear, loneliness, and shame.
I told him such things, which I had never told anyone. Because I was
trying to put all these things together. If anyone gives testimony about your
pain without asking or suggesting anything, then you will believe that the pain
has started to go away. You are relaxed even after you are in pain.
Pain needs some time
Sarah says, I also found that pain is demanding some time for
myself. The body did not respond properly due to my haste. The pain had its own
timetable. Giving us time to recover from pain improves our relationship with
the body. Pain helps us.
Doing so was more favorable for treatment. After doing this, I
breathed more freely. Everything came to a more relaxed posture. I was able to
control my passion for healing.
Trust the healing process
Sarah says, I stopped stressing
against pain and started trusting the healing process. He suddenly started
comforting me. He grew when I expected him to go away immediately. But when I
saw him with patience and love, I quickly felt relieved.
Finally, I found that this approach is effective in relieving chronic pain.
Just like salvation is guaranteed. It can offer relief, hope, and the right
change. People struggling with pain for a long time know that even a small
remedy for pain relief can be a big celebration for them. It does not matter
less than the happiness of any success.
The conclusion
Over time, the pain becomes like a life partner. Can we learned how to
live more deeply, more easily? Living with pain helps to understand what is
important to me in life. If you understand and start listening to the pain,
then the pain can be controlled, and you can get relief from it.
