Leadership & Leadership definition- Leadership is an influence on personal power. That creates a progressively advanced community towards a common purpose.

1-leadership is personal power- Leadership is not about positional power. Leadership is personal power.

2-influence-Some influence under pressure. Some influence on personalities. Leadership should influence personality.

3-progressively advancing-There is to be ever-increasing, ever-growing, ever-expanding, ever-improving.

4-community-The leader is not who creates leaders leader one who can create. the leaders of leading leaders. Which builds community.

5-common purpose- Family comes second. Business comes first. A common, compelling, exciting story. Organizational belief. Identify the common purpose. Prepare your team.

If a personal goal, then some people come with their hands and legs.
If a common goal, then others come with their head and heart.

LEADER

Leadership & Leadership definition - A leader leads others and changes their thinking, and combines it with their own thinking. A leader is a person whose principles and actions are followed by other people.

A leader has certain qualities by which they lead people, which are called leadership.

Among the special qualities of the leader, I am presenting 6 major qualities. These 6 qualities define the leader's work, which is called leadership. The word leader is made up of 6 letters. Each letter of the word leader represents a one-to-six quality of the leader. Let us know the qualities of the leader through each letter of the word leader.

L - LEAD BY EXAMPLE
Presenting an example of your own. A leader is not the one who leads by telling the listened words. A leader means someone who has done that work himself and whom he is telling. The leader who presents his own work experience as an example and leads his team.

Work that is not experienced can never lead to successful work. Not leading successfully is not a virtue of leadership. Therefore, great leadership means presenting oneself as an example.

Example - a person who has never played cricket. Only read about books in cricket. Can he lead the cricket team? This is never possible. Only he can lead the team who has played cricket and has better experience.

E - ENTHUSIASTIC
A leader should always be excited. The greatest work can be done with enthusiasm. If a leader is excited, then there is enthusiasm in his entire team. And if the leader is not excited, then the team cannot be excited. And the team will never be able to achieve its goals. Therefore, there should be natural enthusiasm in a leader. He should always be excited. He should always be excited and always keep the team excited.

Example - If a wolf leads a group of lions, then the lion of the whole team will behave like a wolf. And if a lion leads a group of wolves, all the wolves in that team will behave like lions.

A - AMBITIOUS
A leader should always be ambitious. His goal should be greater. There should be a desire to do something big inside the leader. If he is not ambitious, he can never achieve the goal. Therefore, a good leader should always be ambitious.

Example - When JIO Company started, it set a goal. He had his own team. The whole team kept its ambition to achieve the goal. He kept the mission with a vision that in a fixed time we have to make so many users. If they had no ambition, today there would not be a top telecom company. For this, the leader should be ambitious. If a leader is ambitious, the entire team focuses on achieving goals from ambition.

D - DETERMINED
It is very important to have the quality of determination inside a leader. If the leader is not determined, he will never be able to achieve the goal. And his team will always be confused. A leader should set their goal and be determined towards that goal and keep moving forward. Then his team will follow their own leader.

Example - Suppose there is a person who digs a well for water. He digs a 10-foot well in one place. And then he changes his goal. Similarly, he digs 10 wells of 10-10 fits. Still, he does not get water. That means a total of 10 * 10 = 100 fits well.
There is another person who digs 30 fits well in one place. And he gets water.

This leads to the conclusion that a person digs a 100-foot well. Even then, there is no water. The other person draws water by digging a 30-foot well. This means that the first person was not determined. He was repeatedly changing goals and working in pieces. The other person was determined. He was not changing his focus. And was working continuously in one place. A good leader does not change their goal repeatedly.

E – ENCOURAGE OTHERS
The quality of a good leader is that they always keep their team members encouraged. Which makes their work much easier. A good leader has the quality that if the team wants to do more work, then keep the team member excited. If the team members get excited and achieve their goal, then the leader's goal becomes an automatic achievement.

R –READY TO LEARN AND TEACH
Leaders should have the quality of learning and teaching. This quality of the leader is converted into a great leader. A great leader is always ready to learn new things. And then to teach his team. The leader knows that change is a law of nature. With the change, you get a chance to learn new things. It is important to get new ideas for big success. That is why the Great Leader always learns new things.

The leader keeps learning through books, practice, and experiences, and continues to teach the same things to his team. Through which he keeps creating good leaders in his team. Which creates a leader like himself. He becomes a great leader. Which makes many of his followers ready.

Leadership skills 

Leadership definition with skills. Effective leadership is the mainstay of the success and growth of any institution, while the lack of leadership skills leaves all your skills and contributions.  Any institute wants to appoint a person who has work-related skills as well as other skills, so that in times of any difficulty, and can prove helpful for the institute. 

 On the other hand, everyone wants to be praised and listened to in the workplace. But due to a lack of leadership skills, he remains behind despite being skilled.  Most people do not think about this, but adopting some methods can enhance their leadership skills.

 Listen to colleagues- Speaking first or more is not just a leadership skill; listening to others is also part of it. Understanding how to listen to coworkers before you give your talk builds confidence in your colleagues.

 A better chance of meeting is the best chance to prove your leadership. At that time, your boss and colleagues can see your talent.  But instead of hastiness, it is important to work with balance and understanding.  You make a question or answer a question, do not get away from reality in either situation.

 Choose the right consultant; consultants have a role in making any leadership effective.  You should choose the right mentor or guide for you.  It is an issue of mutual trust and cooperation. You can ask them to help you solve it by talking about your problems and confusion.

 Identify the problem- If your colleague or your organization is facing a problem, then you can identify the root cause and play a leading role in the efforts to overcome it.  Actually, it is a matter of going ahead and accepting responsibility.  If a problem has occurred due to you, then always be upfront to take responsibility for it.

 The power of truth-Many times, we lie to hide a mistake and make our mistakes the other way around. But the reality is that in any situation, the person who tells the truth correctly can be the leader.  It should be understood that no leader has ever made a mistake.

 Work spirit- Being dedicated to your work will strengthen your leadership skills.  Share your passion for work with colleagues.

 Analysis of experiences should be written down immediately after their work. This helps them to understand the things that lead to failure.  Such as signs of competitors and things that distract them before or during work.

 Lessons from actions-There are two types of learning in tasks. First, continuous and objective analysis, including identifying your strengths and weaknesses. Second, perseverance and the ability to take risks out of your safe zone, without which it is difficult to move forward.

 Aiming at the goal-It is necessary to be somewhat obsessive to achieve the big goals of life. You have to keep a constant eye on your goals.  It is a long-term work. Without it, a man can easily wander the way.

 Betterment strategy- Forgetting is considered an effective way to work and lead better.  In this regard, forgetting and learning (unlearning and learning) an important processes to be aware of new information.

 Meditation on conflict- Imagining success in the future is not always a good thing. Always looking at the possibility of winning during work can bring you to a state of comfort. Which can lead to mistakes? It is important to imagine the goal and the path to success. But the dream of getting there instead of looking, it is important to focus on how to fight hard to get there.

 A matter of work-Preparation is necessary to make a strategy effective. But the right preparation is the one in which the practice of potential situations prepares you to respond accurately even in unexpected situations.
