Minimalist Lifestyle

We need to connect and connect. But not everything is added. Nor can it be added. Even if you add it, you get great pleasure. Then nothing is evil. But then it is also necessary to have cover and handling skills. It is not necessary to know that it is better to keep a light bundle if the same or relations are scattered all the time.

undue burden
We are living in a time where we are encouraged to buy more and more goods. We have very little. We need something. Needs met. But the desire to accumulate more does not leave us chasing. We just keep connecting back and forth in the name. Sometimes we get angry.
Also, read
They get tired of their own connectivity. But even depositing does not work. Things get scattered. Many times, they do not meet on time. They buy things that are already lying in the house. It seems necessary to bear the burden. But, understandably, the need was slight.

Jain Philosophy - "Aparigraha"
Given the increasing danger, there is a discussion of minimalism in Western countries. The impact of this minimalistic lifestyle of living life has reduced efforts to adopt everything from clothes, money, art, music to interior, and makeup. However, Indian philosophy dates back much earlier. It has favored living with simplicity.

The word ‘aparigraha’ is given for it in Jain philosophy. Living with things in need.

We are indeed living with more goods than necessary. Even if we leave the talk of religion and philosophy. Living with fewer things is not enough. Luggage is less. It's just that you show things because of any show or fear. Do not keep it loaded. Keep your items in order. Use it properly. Do not let your things become garbage. Greed is not helplessness or weakness. This is our strength. This thinking boosts our confidence. There are many other benefits.

The price is yours, not the goods
Good and expensive things attract others. But it has nothing to do with your need or status. Others also have short-term effects. There are two pairs of clothes or two hundred pairs. It does not know your price. It only shows that you are a person who adds more stuff. Pretends, or wants to control everything. It is important to understand that things are there to help you. Not your life.

Saves energy
We all have energy. Energy needs space to spread. Many joints prevent energy from moving in the right direction. Bitter memories, bad relationships, and useless things increase the negative energy around us. Apart from the necessary work, we have to spend our energy, time, and money on waste.

Focus on important work
Less stuff, less spillage, and less shovel. Only essential work. Our work gets done quickly and well. We can give more time to our loved ones. The mind remains calm. Self-control increases. Able to focus on learning new things and moving forward. We can help others.

We become self-sufficient
If we look at it. We will find that we have become so dependent on things that it is difficult to live without them. We just keep adding more and more. We trust things but not ourselves. Connect with things. The more they are afraid of losing them.

The more worried Henry David Thoreau says,” The richer you are, the more you can give up.”

Live a better life
Things are not empty. They also have a story to live with. Keeping things together keeps us entangled in those same previous stories. We cannot get out of bitter memories. When we learn a little, to are happy. Many things happen. One- We keep less stuff. Second, giving additional things to others creates new possibilities for us. Overall, to live a little is to live with love, simplicity, and comfort. Life is like this.

Santosham Param Sukham
It is a Sanskrit sentence. With this sentence, we get a message that the only one who is satisfied is the happy one. This means that life is better with fewer resources to live. A person can live in happiness and peace.

If there are more resources than needed and there is no satisfaction, there can never be happiness and peace in life. If we remain equal with others, then we will never be with others and will never enjoy Santosham's ultimate happiness in life. So use it as much as you can and enjoy life. This is life.
