For example, suppose you have to reach somewhere and the path is one hour. You have only 40 minutes, and there is a traffic jam above. Then you are under stress.
Anything that is beyond our ability and we want to do, but it is not possible.

Types of stress

1- frustration- whenever we want to do some work and someone comes in between it. Like - if you want to achieve a goal and give a leg in between, then frustration happens.
2- conflict- conflict means. Sometimes I want to do this work, and sometimes I do not. Or do you want to do both or neither of them? If you do or do not conform to it, then it is in conflict.
For example, if a student does not want to study and does not want to fail the exam, then it is a conflict.
3- change- change is said that the only thing that is temporary in life is change. If we are not ready for change, then it is sure to go under stress. This change is natural. For example, sometimes a change in work, sometimes a change in job, sometimes a change in expenses, etc.
4- Pressure- Pressure can be of two types. One that we expect from ourselves. The second is what people expect from us. Sometimes we get stressed because people expect us to have children. Or my boss expects me.

Stress Management is a group of stress management techniques and programs. Its purpose is to analyze specific stresses. Affirmative action should be taken to reduce the effects of stress. It helps people deal with stress in their lives more effectively.

Because stress weakens the person from the inside. He starts worrying about his future and how the rest of his life will go. Anxiety becomes the root cause of stress.

The stress of being infected
 If you are out of the house, then you have to keep a distance from others to avoid infection and to protect yourself from the possibility of getting infected. Then you have to stay away from your loved ones for some time. These things make us restless. Generates tension.

 families used to complain that they do not get time for themselves. It felt like leaving everything for a few days. Stay alone. But when it comes time to do so, it is getting harder to prepare oneself. Because being infected with the virus will make you helpless.

The stress of loneliness
 Recently, a friend has come from abroad. All was well at the screening. But he has decided to stay away from home for 15 days. When all is right, why? His answer was that this is not a distance for him. Rather, it is your responsibility.

Not the time to be with family. Many books will accompany this loneliness. It is a good thing. He has taken this decision of his discipline on his own accord. This creates tension. But this is also the solution to stress.

 While it is true that not everyone has the facility to live in solitude while remaining calm. Even loose pockets bother. And there is a lack of a good support system. But it will be difficult for most to live with themselves, even if everything is perfect. It is because of the love that we give to others, not ourselves. We face others, but it becomes difficult to bear ourselves. Sadness and despair begin to grow within us. It is also possible that we do not know the benefits of being together.

The stress of solitude
 Henry David Thoreau is a great American philosopher. Civil disobedience is the word given by him. Gandhi Ji and the whole world were affected by it. There, he suddenly left the city of Concord, Massachusetts, at its peak, and moved to the shores of Lake Walden. He wanted to spend some time in the lap of nature, leaving urban life.

 He was seen living in solitude. On the same experience, he wrote a classic book like "Wolden". He believed that if one wants to live their life, they should move away from the city. Life is incomplete without living in solitude.
And today, due to the coronavirus, there is an opportunity for all people to live in solitude.

Why be afraid to be alone
 Actually, we do not understand the difference between solitude and loneliness. Being alone is linked to external causes. Which can create fear and insecurity? Loneliness or isolation can be helpless. But the solitude we choose ourselves. It gives us freshness and relaxation. Creates creativity.

 An interesting point is made by Megan W. Lerner, author of "The King of Anatolia". Secrecy and self-reliance, she says, are two different names for solitude and loneliness. Nothing about the situation is known. We may have to be alone at any time. When we learn to be alone in the right way, we become stronger than before.

  Being alone makes it a habit to stand on our own feet. We try to do our work ourselves. Solve our problems on our own. We can complete our unfinished and scattered tasks. Our confidence in ourselves grows. We get a friend, who is ourselves, and who stays with us 24 hours. The importance of others is understood only when there is distance. Love that others do for us when we are together.

Balancing yourself with
 Doors and windows play a big role in the house. But they cannot be opened or closed at all times. The same happens to us. The process of joining in and out goes on. Sometimes it happens that the mind finds solitude. But we are forced to live outside.

Sometimes we do not get the option to stay outside. But there is nothing to run away from. We also have to learn to balance ourselves. This balance shows us the right way and way of living. When love is in the heart and the mind, we are in a separate world. They are full of love, not only for the world but for the whole world.

 Need for permanent measures of stress
  Learn to catch fish when you are hungry. Things people face in life. Some of them are very easy to cope with. It can be genetic, or they can be nurtured in this way. But most people have to struggle for it. Sometimes they sink into panic, anxiety, and depression.

Then we drink our favorite food, sleeping pills, and liquor like crutches. Take recourse to these things to get rid of stress. However, these are not permanent measures. After a few days, it causes distortions or stress in our lives. Therefore, we should adopt sustainable measures.

Ways to reduce stress

Take a deep breath
 In stressful situations, we breathe more quickly. Deep breathing reduces stress, but practice it daily. Make a habit of taking a deep breath when you are not stressed. This habit helps reduce the severe effects of stress. Deep breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system and intensifies your resistance to stress.

 Meditation
  Has been following this meditation tradition since ancient times. The practice of meditation brings peace and inner bliss. It takes time and practice. Meditation brings you peace to deal with heartbreaking events. It helps to relieve stress.

   Exercise
  Exercise activates endorphins in your brain, so it helps in combating stressful events. It can be as effective in controlling pain and stress as drugs.

  Chat with your loved ones
  It is very effective to tell people about their problems. You get a lot of support when you feel that someone is listening to you. Developing a social network is an important life skill. It makes you feel less stressed.

  Choose Your Feedback
 You can be in control of your reaction, not the situation. Our immediate reaction may be filled with panic, but it is better that you stop a bit and give your brain some time to think about how we should react in this situation.

  Power of gratitude
  This is the most difficult to answer. A gratitude memo is the most effective way to practice it. It is very easy. All you have to do is write three or five things that you are grateful for or that can bring happiness. You do this continuously every day or every few days.
