Anxiety: Anxiety is a mental disorder. In which we have extreme fear or worry. which is strong enough to humper enough daily activities.

Anxiety Symptoms:

There are mainly two types of symptoms of anxiety.
 Symptoms of the body
 Increased heartbeat:  First of all, physical symptoms increased heartbeat. The heart starts beating very fast. It starts beating so fast that at times it seems that the heart will come out.
 Sweating: During this time, a person starts sweating very fast. When he sweats, he feels that everyone else is watching that I am sweating. After this, his anxiety increases. Which causes more sweating?

Shivering:  There may be shivering in the hand or shivering in the whole body. This is a common symptom.
 Hands and feet frost: The hands seem to have become cold.
 Upset stomach: Normal abdominal pain or tenderness begins.
 Urination:  Frequent urination.
Mental symptoms of anxiety
The most common mental symptoms of anxiety are.

 Extreme anxiety:  worrying over everything. To worry about every little thing.
Suppose you are sitting at home and you call your brother. And if he does not pick up your phone, sudden thoughts start coming into your mind. Did anything happen?. Has there been an accident?

Or suppose you have an exam after 3 months, and you have also studied well. Nevertheless, anxiety seems to fail in the exam. Will I be able to reach the center at the time of the examination or not?
In this way, everything goes on in the mind with every small and big thing. Worry about that. This is called access worry.

It is said that there is always something going on in his mind. The mind does not calm down. And these people say that I do not remember when was the last time I sat quietly?
If this type of physical and mental symptom is found, then it is called anxiety. All such symptoms are part of some anxiety disorder.

The anxiety disorder is mainly of three types

1- Social anxiety:
Whatever social things happen, be it a social gathering, a marriage ceremony, a marriage meeting, an office meeting, or meeting a social person. Want to meet your friend's circle. In all these social situations, we start getting nervous. When we feel restless. So it is called social anxiety.

Social anxiety disorder:
Before going to social places, thoughts start coming into our minds that my people will make fun of me there. People will drag my leg. I would be considered an idiot. Everyone will take me lightly. My respect will go away. If I say anything, it will not be understood properly. Thoughts related to all this keep coming into our minds. Due to which we avoid going to social situations. Whenever faced with these situations, there is a lot of panic.
This nervousness in fighting social situations is called social anxiety disorder.

Social anxiety disorder symptoms:
Whenever you go into social situations, there is a lot of panic. There is a lot of discomfort. There is difficulty in breathing. Chest pain starts. It starts to feel strange. It seems as if vomiting will come. The body sweats - becomes sweaty. There is a feeling of desolation inside the body. There is darkness in front of the eyes. All these are symptoms of social anxiety disorder.

2-Generalized anxiety disorder:
The anxiety is generalized. That is to be always nervous. You may have seen people who are always worried. People worry about every little thing. Every little thing has tension.

For example, suppose a family member is going far outside? Then there will be a worry in their mind that there should not be an accident. If there is a presentation in the office, then there are concerns in mind that the boss should not get angry. Somewhere upside down - do not speak directly. Or if guests are coming to the house, then there will be worry that nothing may go wrong. The food will be cooked properly or not. People will like it or not. These people are worried or upset about every little thing. Some people have a tendency to worry too much. There is a tendency to take more tension in them.
Generalized anxiety disorder is often seen in such people.

Physical symptoms:

Tensed muscles: These people always find their muscles tensed. There is a slight scuffle on the face.
Excessive sweating: sweating many times.
Tremors in hands: Sometimes, there is vibration in the hand.
Upset stomach: Sometimes the stomach gets upset. In to go to the washroom again and again.
It also feels that such things are impossible. They also worry about them. Conflicts are engulfed in anxiety.

How does generalized anxiety disorder occur?
There are many reasons for this, of which the three main reasons are -

 Genetics: If someone in the family has genetics or a mental illness. For example, depression increases the likelihood of people having a genetic anxiety disorder.

 Due to environmental factors, it has been found that the people whose parents or their grandparents were older people they grew up with have grown up. If they have a tendency to get upset about every little thing. Tension for every small thing. So, see, their minds also have the same tendency.

 Neurochemical changes: There are many types of chemicals in our brains. There are some chemicals in it that keep the mind calm. One such chemical is serotonin. If it is deficient, the chemical may increase. Leading to generalized anxiety disorder.

3- Anxiety panic attack:
The anxiety panic attack causes a lot of panic or a serious attack. Heartbeats are very fast. You may feel chest pain. There may be difficulty in breathing. There may be tremors in the hands, feet, and body. Excessive sweating may occur. Some people think they will fall. Many people feel that they are having a heart attack. Some people think that I will not be able to escape.

All these symptoms are found in panic attacks. When there is a panic attack, the person does not understand what is happening to them.

Anxiety Panic Attack Disorder: A panic attack is a frequent occurrence of panic attack disorder.
The person who has a panic attack for the first time fears that he has a heart attack. Do not attack again somewhere. Because of this, he starts to avoid too many things. Like - leaves the stairs. Stops running. Somewhere alone stops going out. Stop driving.
There is a fear in their mind that doing all these things can cause a heart attack again.

This leads to the problem of anxiety attack disorder. A fear arises in the person's mind that there will be no attack again. And with this fear arising, this attack starts coming again and again, which sets a cycle of anxiety, panic attack disorder.

3 - Take time for your hobby every day. Every day you do such a thing that you like to do. Along with this, whenever you get time, do something in which your self-interest is not there. You are not interested in that work. For others, you should do something that will benefit them. This causes positivity to attract you. You are filled with dignity. If you do this, then you are satisfied with yourself.

4 - Whatever emotional tribulations are going on inside you, or whatever problems are going on inside you. Write that problem. After writing, you will find that you are able to handle it very well. You have known about your problems. You can control this.
Second, it will have the advantage that you will feel positive and energetic. Here you will be able to control the situation and not the situation.

5 - Friends, you have to strengthen the positivity inside you and root out the negativity. For this, it is important that you keep adopting positivity continuously. To do this, read positive books, watch positive programs, and build a friendship association with positive people. From this, you will find that your positivity is getting stronger day by day, and the negativity is getting rooted out. You will feel relaxed, light, and confident in yourself at all times. The situation will always be in your control.

My Opinion:  Anxiety is similar to a pyre. For this, worry should not be pondered. Worry about everything, worry about waste, worry about negative things, and causes for worry. Therefore, focusing on positive things by not paying attention to them is the key to freedom from anxiety.
